Today, I thought we're gonna play Badminton,
and also makan Tiek Wei's B'day dinner...
Buttt leh, HianHian + TiekTiek not in good condition to play"
they played couple of days before VIGOROUSLY,
so their arms were like...BURNT...dah hangus"
some more, HiaN is having fever+cough+headache...
Poor Thing:(...makes me worry SICK"
so better cancel lorh"

the whole week tak ada Exercise...O.O"
