The issue of being FLESHY
which I've been facing it for...
hmmm...8 years?and still facing it...
why not fat?because my weight is so damn healthy,
although way heavier than other normal girls...><
I might born to be fleshy...because I never saw myself skinny before, not even during childhood...I am so so SO chubby until all the aunties cannot tahan must come and pinch my face every time they see me ==" and I do suspect that it is the causal for my face being so BIG!!! Blame one of my friend's mom...she PINCH me the most!!!almost everyday she came to school then pinch me before leaving!!!

for the reasons WHY???
  1. I'm not that consistent on going on diet...sometimes I eat less, I work out a lot; but sometimes I dun care, I only wanna eat what ever I want; and sometimes even I dun really wanna eat, people will make me eat~sigh...that's no way I could cut off my weight within a short period"
  2. By owning an AB blood type, I'm am not supposed to intake too much of meat, instead, I should take fish and more vege...and I've only practicing it since...this year I think, so it could only help on maintaining my weight but not getting rid of it.
  3. I dun really do sports a lot...not to say I'm CHA SUI but I'm lazy...this is really GG!
  4. then the main issue...there are too many junk food surrounding me" thanks to dad, being the all-time-groceries-shopaholic. All kinds of soft drinks, juices....blablabla, then chips, chocolates, biscuits. However I could manage not to touch them...but chocolates is really HARD la~~~how could I stand for not having chocolate since they are already infront of me><
and Talking about CHOCOLATEs,
there was a stock clearance at somewhere and it was all MEIJI chocolates!!the so called FATE bond this because my dad saw it and you know the story...

alamak...this is so cute!!!BITE!!!

so how to reduce my weight leh...
but I still have the semangat!!!HAHA
I think the solution should be like...eat more vege and fish~if I really lazy of having sports, I should not intake excess FATs, carbohydrates, and sugar...which is like, if I had lotsa desserts today, no rice; if I'm having rice...no dessert!! wondering will it works...although not much sports, I'll try ways to make myself sweat, maybe washing the bathroom, cleaning my room...this and that~hmmmmm...wish me luck...@@"


and Yesterday, I went out for movie with Pey and CheeLek...
and it's kinda brave to go for movie during public holiday plus it is Labour day...we reach there at 9.45 morning before the counter open, but the queue was like wwWOWww already"
the 2 "man" too GENG jor...Ip Man and Iron Man...what an coincident!one from the east and another from the west~

and we've watched IP MAN...all I could tell it is WORTH it~it's okay for spending 45 mins on the queue and even sitting at the second roll ;)
and I bought shoes from CottonOn as well...HaPiiii x)
